The Canteen, a year round, high-energy, fast-casual, community-focused restaurant institution in Provincetown, Massachusetts, is looking for a lobster shucker for our upcoming Summer season for our prep kitchen!

We prefer at least one year of kitchen experience (cook or dishwasher). Responsibilities include preparing lobster to meet quality, portion and time standards; maintaining station cleanliness/sanitation.
Job description:
This is a full-time, hourly position. (Can be cut to part time)
AM and PM shifts available.

Proccesses lobster meet quality, portion and time standards
Maintains a clean and sanitary work space
Practices good personal hygiene
Timely and accurately completes prep list including stocking, rotating and clean-up
Meets quality and time standards for stocking stations
Efficiently maintains station throughout an entire shift
Assists co-workers with anything that is necessary or requested
Asks questions whenever necessary
Asks for help whenever necessary
